When you register your labels you may enter your contact details. We will only use this data to help reunite you with your item. In the event of your item being lost, we will only make your contact details available to the finder or organization finding the lost item per your approve.

General Operating Terms and other Terms:

The company may specifically ask for information about you when you register for online service, order merchandise from the Company, or request information regarding services and opportunities.
During ordering, the Company requires visitors to provide their name, location, phone number and e-mail address, the Company requires also visitors to send text message with their cell phone. This information will facilitate the registration of their items on our system and allow the Company to provide some personalization functionalities.
Information collected may include a name, address, email, phone number, cell phone number, user item name, description, item type, ID Code from the label he or she has affixed to their valuable item. Information may be shared across international borders.
The Company may store email, phone number or voicemail messages include any information provided therein.
Your ID Code is active for 1 year and can be renew each year depending the company decision.
We have no way of knowing the finder.

Items found will be returned to charity after 14 days in our warehouse if the owner does not respond after 2 SMS or 2 email contacts by our customer service.

• textmyid.com shall have no liability whatsoever for any damages, including without limitation actual and consequential damages, that you may sustain or incur as a result of the delivery or non-delivery of any lost item,
• textmyid.com shall not be liable if, through fraud, deceit or other means, a person or persons falsely claiming to have lost a particular item obtain such item through use of this site,
• the services offered by this site are subject to, and limited by, the federal, state, provincial, municipal and local laws of your jurisdiction,
• textmyid.com shall be liable for no reward or compensation whatsoever to the finder or any lost object.

Shipping, handling and Delivery options

We charge a flat rate fee of $9.95 for shipping and handling per each labels pack. USA orders are sent via USPS. Non USA orders are sent via USPS.

Refund Policy

There are no refunds for any purchase, any shipping and handling made through the Textmyid.com Website.

Limitations:

Items must be portable; Items cannot exceed 3 pounds in weight and must be able to fit in the mail opening of a USA Postal Service Post Office Box and other international standard mail box.
We assume no liability if your items are not returned to you due to incorrect registration records, so you should notify us promptly of relevant changes to our registration details.
